On 4 June 2026, Port of Tanjung Pelepas (PTP), a member of MMC Group, hosted a delegation from the Australian High Commission and the Malaysian media, as part of the High Commission’s domestic media insight tour programme. The group, which included approximately ten journalists and videographers, represented several prominent Malaysian media organisations, including Bernama, Radio Televisyen Malaysia (RTM), The Star, Malaysiakini, Sinar Harian, TV Sarawak (TVS), Free Malaysia Today (FMT), Nanyang Siang Pau, and Sin Chew Daily.
