On 7 April 2026, Johor Port Berhad (Johor Port), a member of MMC Group, was honoured to welcome the Mayor of Pasir Gudang, Yang Berhormat Datin Paduka Hajah Hazlina Jalil, during the Assessment Tax Walkabout Programme organised by Majlis Bandaraya Pasir Gudang (MBPG).

The Walkabout Programme, which included a certificate presentation by MBPG recognising Johor Port as Pasir Gudang’s Top Assessment Tax Contributor, provided an opportunity for both Johor Port and MBPG to discuss how these contributions translate into tangible community benefits. It also reinforced the shared responsibility to build a better environment for stakeholders and the public.
