Johor Port Berhad (Johor Port), a member of MMC Group, has officially launched its Behaviour-Based Safety (BBS) Programme, reinforcing its longstanding commitment to maintaining a robust and proactive safety culture. Organised by the Port Security and Safety Department, the initiative was officially rolled out under the guiding principle “Safety Starts with Behaviour.”

The programme represents a significant milestone in strengthening Johor Port’s Operational Safety Framework by focusing on the human element of workplace safety. Beyond regulatory compliance, the BBS Programme aims to cultivate greater awareness, individual accountability and positive behavioural change across all levels of the organisation, ultimately creating a safer and more resilient working environment.
