On 16 January 2026, Northport (Malaysia) Bhd (Northport), a member of MMC Group, hosted the Vendor Engagement Tea Session 2026 at Botanic Resort Club, Klang. The session brought together local vendors and contractors for an interactive engagement with TeamNorthport.

The event was attended by Nik Muzani Nik Abdul Aziz, Acting Chief Executive Officer of Northport, together with members of Northport’s management team. Key highlights included a sharing segment by Northport’s Procurement Unit, which focuses on the organisation’s procurement direction, system enhancement initiatives and sustainability aspirations. The session also featured a talk on “Green & Growth” delivered by Crystal Yip Yoke Lin, Acting Head of Member Relations, UN Global Compact Network Malaysia & Brunei (UNGCMYB).
