On 12 February 2026, Northport (Malaysia) Bhd (Northport), a member of MMC Group, received the ‘4 Diamond’ recognition under the Zone Category in the Low Carbon Cities 2030 Challenge (LCC2030C). The award ceremony was held at Hilton Kuala Lumpur. Ir. Zai Abas, General Manager, Facilities, Equipment & Maintenance, received the award on behalf of Northport from YB Dato’ Sri Arthur Joseph Kurup, Minister of Natural Resources and Environmental Sustainability.
