On 14 May 2025, Penang Port Sdn Bhd (Penang Port), a member of MMC Group, established a strategic partnership with Bukit Kayu Hitam ICD Sdn Bhd through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
On 30 April 2025, Penang Port Sdn Bhd (Penang Port), a member of MMC Group proudly announced the achievement of a significant milestone, celebrating 5 million ferry riders.
On 24 April 2025, Northport (Malaysia) Bhd (Northport), a member of MMC Group, in collaboration with the Center for Logistics Leadership in Business (CLLB) Sdn Bhd and KPX Sdn Bhd (KPX), organised a training programme for car-carrier drivers aimed at enhancing the safety and operational efficiency in the handling and transportation of electric vehicles (EV).

On 20 March 2025, Port of Tanjung Pelepas (PTP), a member of MMC Group, partnered with Johor Port Authority (JPA) and Yayasan Pembangunan Keluarga Darul Ta’zim (YPKDT) to launch RATU, a dedicated women’s empowerment programme aimed at uplifting underprivileged women.
On 14 March 2025, Penang Port Sdn Bhd (Penang Port), a member of MMC Group, in collaboration with Radio Television Malaysia (RTM) Penang, kicked off the 'Kongsi Rezeki' initiative to celebrate the spirit of Ramadan. This event was part of the 13th Edition of the RTM ‘Jelajah Ramadan’ Programme.
On 11 March 2025, Northport (Malaysia) Bhd (Northport), a member of MMC Group, reinforced its commitment to environmental sustainability with the acquisition of 12 units of electric bikes. The handover ceremony was held at Northport C Building, where the vehicle manufacturer, Blueshark Ecosystem Sdn Bhd (Blueshark), delivered the newly acquired electric bikes to Northport.
