On 8 June 2021, Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas Sdn Bhd (PTP), a member of MMC Group, collaborated with Ihsan Johor, a local Non-Governmental Organisation body that focuses on providing humanitarian aid locally and internationally to assist COVID-19 centres located within Johor Bahru.
On 3 June 2021, Johor Port Berhad (Johor Port), a member of MMC Group, joined forces with the Pasir Gudang Fire and Rescue Department to conduct a complete sanitisation exercise within the port.
On 27 May 2021, Penang Port Sdn Bhd (Penang Port), a member of MMC Group, assisted Klinik Kesihatan Jalan Perak through its Give for Good campaign.
Johor Port Berhad (Johor Port), a member of MMC Group, continues to enliven the spirit of caring and giving during Ramadan by sharing the blessings with the underprivileged communities in Pasir Gudang, Johor.

On 13 April 2021 Johor Port Berhad (Johor Port), a member of MMC Group, supported the nation's export of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) in ISO tank containers to Shanghai, China from its port in Pasir Gudang, Johor.
On 7 April 2021, Johor Port Berhad (Johor Port), a member of MMC Group, supported the Johor State Police in extending relief to the underprivileged community in Pasir Gudang, Johor.
On 1 April 2021, Penang Port Sdn Bhd (Penang Port), a member of MMC Group, celebrated its employees by organising Employees Appreciation Day 2020.
