On 4 March 2026, Northport (Malaysia) Bhd (Northport), a member of MMC Group, received 37 units of new prime movers from Terberg Tractors Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Terberg).
On 4 and 5 March 2026, Port of Tanjung Pelepas (PTP), a member of MMC Group, once again illuminated the spirit of the holy month through its Mahabah Ramadan 2026 programme.
On 12 February 2026, Northport (Malaysia) Bhd (Northport), a member of MMC Group, received the ‘4 Diamond’ recognition under the Zone Category in the Low Carbon Cities 2030 Challenge (LCC2030C).
On 6 February 2026, Port of Tanjung Pelepas (PTP) and Johor Port Berhad (Johor Port), members of MMC Group, hosted their annual Chinese New Year Dinner at Pekin Restaurant Daiman 18, Johor Bahru.
Johor Port Berhad (Johor Port), a member of MMC Group, recently organised GP Joran Johor Port 2026, a recreational angling tournament held at Kolam Pancing Nasir, Kampung Plentong Tengah, Johor. A total of 121 employees swapped their daily operational duties for fishing rods, highlighting Johor Port’s commitment to fostering a work-life balance culture.
On 27 January 2026, Northport (Malaysia) Bhd (Northport), a member of MMC Group, was recognised with the Exceptional Achievement Award at the Prime Minister's Hibiscus Award (PMHA) 2024/2025, held at One World Hotel, Petaling Jaya. The ceremony was graced by YB Dato' Sri Arthur Joseph Kurup, Minister of Natural Resources and Environmental Sustainability.
On 15 & 16 January 2026, Penang Port Sdn Bhd (Penang Port), a member of MMC Group, mobilised a Flood Relief Initiative for Southern Thailand 2026, focusing on Hat Yai, following severe flooding that affected communities in the area towards the end of 2025.
On 16 January 2026, Northport (Malaysia) Bhd (Northport), a member of MMC Group, hosted the Vendor Engagement Tea Session 2026 at Botanic Resort Club, Klang.
Johor Port Berhad (Johor Port), a member of MMC Group, has recently hosted a courtesy visit by Palmtop Vegeoil Products Sdn Bhd (Palmtop) led by Dato' RA Sukumaran, the Executive Chairman of Palmtop. The visit marked a meaningful milestone in further strengthening the relationship between both organisations.
On 7 January 2026, Northport (Malaysia) Bhd (Northport), a member of MMC Group, received 18 units of new vehicles to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen support services across the port. The fleet comprises 10 Mitsubishi Triton pick-up trucks and 8 Isuzu lorries, with the handover ceremony held at the Northport C Building parking area.
