KUALA LUMPUR, 18 December 2025 - MMC Port Holdings Berhad (“MMC Ports”), Malaysia’s largest port operating group, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) with NIZE Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd (“NIZE”), a technology company established under Shanghai International Port (Group) Co., Ltd (“SIPG”), to collaborate on developing a comprehensive digital transformation blueprint. The strategic partnership marks a significant milestone in MMC Ports' journey towards digitalisation and operational excellence by leveraging the field-tested expertise of SIPG, the operator of Port of Shanghai, the world's largest and one of the most advanced container ports.

PORT KLANG, 7 November 2025 - Northport (Malaysia) Bhd (“Northport”), a member of MMC Group, has continued its record-breaking momentum by achieving its highest-ever monthly container throughput in October 2025, surpassing its previous record set last year. The milestone was achieved with a total handling volume of 366,131 TEUs (“Twenty-foot Equivalent Units”) in October 2025, exceeding the previous record of 365,558 TEUs set in August 2024.
